20 pizzas 8 pops no plates napkins or cups... thanks!

I'm a Construction Manager and found offering Pizza to the entire crew for lunch is a simple way to get them involved and working well. I've used a variety of places to deliver; Pizza Hut, Little Caesars and Dominos along with Papa Johns. Of the four of them the prices are similar as well as the product. But why is Papa Johns the worst among them with service and delivery. Are the location near me simply overwhelmed? I'll call a day in advance when ordering 10-20+ large pizzas to give them a heads up and be prepared. It's ordered the day before and still late, delivery info isn't given to the drivers who call and say they can't find the place, the worst is they forget plates, napkins and cups, seriously? 20 large pies and 8 pops without any easy way to drink or eat?

Pizza never arrived. Staff lie and tell you its "on its way" but it never is

6th Nov 21 - Whitton UK - pizza never arrived. This complaint is about Whitton, "London" UKI ordered pizza for delivery via the app:-email accepted the order at 19:16-19:47pm the app told me my pizza had been delivered and to enjoy it (some chance). -Later the guy who called me back confirmed that it had not even left the store at 19:47 -No Pizza by 20:08 so i called - no answer-No pizza by 20:12 - I called was told "its on its way"-No Pizza by 21:11 - I called was told "its on its way" - i said it was too late and please cancel, they refused-No Pizza by 21:30 (ish) - I answered the feedback email confirming that PJ's service sucks and the staff tell lies-Still No pizza 21:40 - the store called back in response to poor feedback - i told them no pizza had arrived and was offered a replacemePlease refund £28.99. If no refund by end of day 9th Novembernt if it was cold when it got to me. By now i just wanted my money back-22:00 - No pizza - i went to bed hungry and hating papa johnsThey have so far refused to refund even though they accepted that the food never arrived. I have a one strike policy for poor service and and ill never use this bunch again. Suggest everyone else stays away too.
