Called BROWNSBURG IN. Location made order 10 min after giving all info and making order they called me to say they do not delivery to us even though we are 2.0 miles away. The Manger was rude and would not tell me why they did not deliver to us. And yes we are even in the same town. She could not help place my order with sister store in the next town. So I called the other Papa the young man Alex was very helpful. And explained they have to go in there zone area only. Or the are fined. Thank you Avon for your help Brownsburg needs a lesson in costumer service
I was so excited to FINALLY have a papa john's open near me, only to find out that they STILL didn't deliver to my home...but 2 streets over. I placed an order online for chicken poppers, a buffalo chicken pizza & the pepp & saus w/6 cheese to pick-up. I never got a confirmation email, so had to call & verify. It STILL wasn't ready 25 minutes later when we arrived & the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. The pizza was horrible. After eating an entire slice with only 1 pc. of pepperoni, I actually counted to find that there were only 16 pcs. of sausage on the whole large pizza!!! 3 slices had none & my son said the buffalo chicken was "Gross". I will now be going right back to pizza hut who DOES deliver right to my door & I can get a $6 1 topping w/plenty of sausage. I am so disappointed at how the quality of food has gone down. I used to get the Papa's favorite & even though the description of this pepp/saus/6 cheese was the same except for pepp. being added...there was NONE of the seasoning & the taste was nothing like it used to be. I feel like we wasted the $23.99 that was spent on the pizza & no one seems to care at all. It was so bad I did not want replacements and no refund for the pizzas was offered.

Very bad experience. Ordered a Vegan cheese and tomato pizza and received normal cheese. As this was ordered just before closing and the store was already closed once we realised, we phoned the next day. This was the angel Islignton branch, after some discussion we were promised a refund when we phoned the next morning. However, as we were staying in Battersea. their recommendation to bring us the refund as cash, wasn't viable. We where then promised that if we contact customer service we would receive a refund within 3 days.... however 15 days later we are still waiting. Terrible customer service, very overpriced, and if you have allergies or intolerance avoid at all costs!!!
