I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. My parcel was left on the footpath near my mailbox, exposed to anyone passing by. I live in a rural area, and my house is about 50 meters down the driveway. Why was my parcel not taken to my home? There was no notification of delivery. According to tracking, it was dropped off on Saturday evening, but I only found out when a neighbor informed me the next day. It rained heavily that night, damaging the contents of my parcel. Overall, it was a very unpleasant delivery experience.
I was waiting for my parcel today and saw that it was marked as 'delivered.' When I checked outside, I couldn't find it, so I contacted support and spoke with a representative. They quickly addressed my concern and even provided photos showing the parcel was delivered to my address. It turned out it had been placed in the wrong building. Despite the mix-up, the representative was very helpful, and I truly appreciate their assistance.
I paid extra for express delivery, but the service did not meet my expectations. My parcel was not collected on the scheduled day and remained untouched until the next day. The tracking information was incorrect, and when I contacted customer service, the response was defensive rather than helpful. I was informed that my 'express' parcel might not arrive until a week later. When I requested they retrieve it for faster shipping, I was told this was not possible. Their limited capacity means if your area isn’t on their daily route, you simply wait. I had a reason for paying for express service, but it was not delivered as promised.

I bought two vinyl records through this company.The records arrived in perfect condition and on time.The problem was that the person who delivered the box of records didn't bother to let me know they had arrived and simply left the box with my records lying around with complete disdain, indifference, and a lack of attention to their customer.I live in an apartment building where the intercom works perfectly, the main door was open, and even my apartment door was open because I knew my records were arriving that day.The delivery person didn't even bother to use any of the available communication options.Out of nowhere, without me having heard the delivery person arrive, I received an email informing me that my records had been delivered.I was lucky that no one passing by took my vinyl records, and a neighbor in my building told me there was a box addressed to me, lying on the floor like trash, in plain sight, and anyone walking by could have taken it without my knowledge.When I contacted Scott Jala via email to explain the situation, he said they would reprimand the delivery person.I wouldn't be surprised if, in the future, they continue using this type of delivery service, some customer complains about not receiving their order.Good shopping experience, terrible delivery service.
