The product itself is fabulous. I was anxious about getting my 11 year old son his first phone, but the portal has all the features a parent needs to be confident that their child is safe. However, the customer service is the icing on the cake. My query was answered quickly and efficiently by a real person, with a follow up email providing all the contact details, including a phone number (above rarity these days for most companies) that I could possibly need. I would highly recommend this company.

The Customer service for this company is brilliant.Once I had signed up within a few minutes a northern chap called me from Derby to explain next steps, to be fair, I have a web developer friend I know who lives in Burnley, so I was about to take the piss out of him, but it wasn't the same phone number, so I'm glad I didn't rib him. lol - First time round, the Sim didn't work as the IPhone 11 I had bought, didn't work, so we had a bit of back and forth. But every time I called to ask for help, I got to speak to a real human being. Not AI, well, not as far as I was aware. Their team are amazing and they have a huge amount of patience and expertise. So, sign up.I've been having issues with family members on social media over the past year, and having them join WhatsApp groups and not knowing what they were looking at, has been hard for messages and calls. This is a game changer, and very much needed for every parent out there who wants to protect their family from predators online, and having their phone numbers etc with the portal you get access to is even better for policing. You can also upgrade for more minutes and texts to give your family better access.
This is a fantastic company that held child safety at the very core, but also make the process of buying mobile devices and SIMs/plans extremely easy. The customer care is exemplary (we lost a SIM and a replacement was in the post within the day). They provide sensible and straightforward advice and the website is easy to navigate. Well done to the whole team, and thank you for keeping our children safe.

My 11 year olds first phone (Nokia 110) I feel they are safer because of the features parent shield sim provides. It's peace of mind as a parent to let them have some independence but in a safe way. To be able to turn features on/off, & allow only saved contacts. The customer services is really good, I've had 2 queries answered within minutes. And one inquiry was through email at 11pm, that I got a response to nearly immediately. Highly recommend.
