I booked an apartment for 6 weeks between Nov-Dec 2025. Firstly I just want to say Neda was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was mostly as it looked in the pictures. However, it was extremely dirty, especially the bedding, compared to when I moved in, which was disappointing. Paris attitude did offer a cleaning after I told them but I preferred to do it myself. Other than that I had no problems with the apartment. In terms of receiving back my deposit I have received it back, apart from 35 euros but there has been no communication as to what has been deducted and why. Overall, though I would definitely use them again
My daughter has moved to Paris as part of her Erasmus year.Like any parent one would be worried about sourcing accommodation.Because of Paris attitude the entire job of finding a fabulous apartment was made painfully easy.For anyone sourcing accommodation in Paris this is the best website, the system is simple, the people are real, the transaction is transparent and then meeting the most wonderful and caring landlords is testament that Paris Attitude has screened their landlords carefully.From Ireland to Paris I could not recommend this company enough if you want accurately advertised accommodation.
Website needs to be a little easier to find properties .It took me a long time to figure out that you had to go to the filter category to put in a property number . This should be on the front of the website .

I have used Paris Attitude twice and have been content both times. I think the webpage has clear photos and you don't need to submit lots of complex documents. Clear communication and confirmation within 24 hours. My contact person also recommended me other apartments when two of my rental requests were turned down, much appreciated. The only downside was the first time I rented and the apartment has not been cleaned, then the agency did not help and only referred me to the landlord. It would have been helpful to receive some support in that situation. But apart from that all good!
