The selection process was quite simple and the filters worked well. The map also provided an easy guide. The booking process was a little more complicated and I expected a clearer confirmation once the application was submitted. Eventually all was confirmed and the signing of the lease was very straightforward
I had trouble with the payment and overall booking process. I even called my bank because I had received a message saying my payments were not going through and they approved the last payment. I was then told by Klara that my payments were declined, and that I should talk to my bank (even though I had already done so), but the "Upon Booking" payment amount had already been charged to my account. Klara had been helping me throughout my application beautifully, but she couldn’t help me with this issue. They then cancelled my request and up until now I do not know if I’ll be able to get my money back. I no longer trust the website and will be looking for other wensites to book the appartment I need.I also couldn’t call the phone numbers as when I called, I was sent to a voicemail that basically said the numbers were not working. I chose to listen to ignore the bad reviews about payments, but sadly they were right. I am now sitting very disappointed and stressed. Hopefully I can fix this soon.
We arrived a little early yet someone was here to meet us immediately. Everything went fine except for a few minor inconveniences. The internet was not working but was fixed the next day. The instructions for using the dishwasher, washing machine, and controlling the apartment indoor temperature is confusing and not written down anywhere. We shall have to call for instructions again. A minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything is perfect and we are very happy.
The apartment is great. Very compact but has everything and in very good condition. The check in was average. I needed more information how to use each lock. This system is new to me and how to use the appliances. I’m assuming you have a lot of renters from different countries and all of this is very different. Your printed instructions said to expect the check in to be 90 minutes. I needed the full 90 minutes but only received 60. I was locked out and locked in. Happily the owner was able to come over to help.
