I have been a client of Paris Attitude for at least three times; 1918, 2025 and 2026.And each time it was Ms Neda’s assistance that help me secure my request for apartment rentals in Paris.I am always grateful to her and to Paris Attitude for helping me find a place to stay in my beloved Paris when I visit.Merci beaucop!
Worst possible businessI used their service to rent an apartment in Paris. As soon as I checked in I could smell a strong stench of cigarette smell. I immediately made complaints but they didn't help a bit saying that the landlord cannot smell the discomfort. Of course the landlord can't smell it as he smokes as well.The landlord provided some measures(ozone generators and cleaning of large fabrics) but the stench remained the same. I had to spend my own time and money to mop and clean all the walls and ceilings so that the smell can be mitigated. The Agency had no part with the landlord providing those unhelpful measures. It is laughable to see them claim that early measures were put in place when they had nothing to do with those early measures and what’s worse those early measures did not work at all. All my books, documents, bags that were left in the living room - where the stench is the strongest - also reeks of cigarette stench now. It is a travesty for the Agency to say that they have taken measures for me when I am in so much pain. When I constantly raised the issue they just told me to terminate the lease without taking ANY responsibility of their own. They hide defects from property description and evade responsibility when confronted. Never use them.
I find Paris Attitude's service to be extraordinarily unprofessional. I have now paid for and had two separate rental applications declined—one for a substantial amount of 2.6k, and a second for a significantly larger amount of 5k.My payment was withheld both times, and even with a successful refund, it takes a full week to arrive in my bank account. This process has resulted in a significant waste of my time and unnecessary stress while trying to secure housing. I have now requested the refund for the second application as well. This service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this agency.
Honestly, what a fantastic EASY process! Renting an apt in Paris can be daunting with all the paperwork & approvals, but not this time! My realtor, Elhadji, was so accommodating and helpful. Plus, their properties are so lovely. Would I use this agent again? YES‼️‼️
The Paris Attitude team in general, and especially Kateryna, were consistently available and prompty responded to all our questions on concerns. Being able to book an apartment online and handle all payments transparently through their portal is a big plus, especially when you are an expat. No hidden or surprise fees, which was a fear I had at the beginning. I'd most likely use them if I ever spend some time in Paris again and strongly recommend others who might be looking for a place in the city.
