Review Time
During the 9 months of the rental (November 2024-July 2025) we carried out the usual small running repairs, such as adjusting the toilet cistern valve so it did not fill continually. We left the flat clean and in good order. Nevertheless, we had to chase hard for return of the deposit - and PA deducted no less than 1242 euros from the deposit, 750 of which was for renovation (wrongly styled as 'repairs'), including new window and shower seals and...replacing the toilet valve. Since I complained, they have played dead. Avoid. PS the Commission départementale de conciliation dispute conciliation service is of no use because limited to lettings of 'residences principales' - as Paris Attitude well know,
Second time renting with Paris Attitude. For 10 months 2 years ago, and 2 months upcoming. Agency is fast to respond, and correct in communications. One star deducted for the urgent 24 hour time frame (multiple emails) to pay. Managing international wire transfers is not a simple click!
Hey everyone.Just wanted to share my experience and a warning for anyone thinking of renting through Paris Attitude. I recently moved out of an apartment I’d rented through them, and unfortunately they stole my deposit. When I left, the check-out report was completely fine—a few minor signs of wear and tear as I lived there a year, barely anything. I could send you pictures I took and you would see it was basically like new. But months later, they sent me an exaggerated list of supposed “damages” that weren’t in the report at all, clearly just to keep my deposit. It honestly seems like they used my deposit money to renovate the whole apartment. They replaced nearly every single thing basically, 99% of which wasn't mentioned in the check-out report.I emailed both Paris Attitude and the landlord twice, explaining that their claims don’t match the official inspection. Neither of them even bothered to reply. There is no protection for renters' rights. I’m now considering legal action, but I also wanted to make this public in case it helps someone else avoid going through the same experience. I’m financially fine, thankfully, but it’s frustrating to see a company get away with this kind of thing. If anyone has experience with French tenancy law or advice on how to pursue this, I’d really appreciate it. And for anyone looking for a flat in Paris—trust me, avoid Paris Attitude. They have awful customer service and will have no qualms taking your money and vanishing.
I really appreciated Daisy's assistance with my booking. She was very attentive with my emails and questions and she was quick to solve problems online whenever it occurred. Amazing agent. Besides, the pictures of the apartment looked exactly like in real life. I am so happy with it and so grateful of its wonderful condition.
Rented a furnished appartement for more than 2 years. Had to buy my own matras because the one in the apartment was like a rock. Had to throw it away at the end of the stay because the owner wanted the rock back.Anyway, I only got a small part back of the deposit because I got charged €1700 for cup marks on an old wooden cupboard! I hoped that these ridiculous charges could be prevented through an agency but they only care for the owners and have zero respect for the tenant. Zero response on my emails. I strongly suggest renting an apartment through a different agency or service because this one will screw you over.
Site seems legit, but when submitting a request there is absolutely zero support for any questions that you have. I wrote them 6 emails with very simple questions that could be answered in a matter of minutes, and got a single automated reply which didn't answer any of my questions.
