I had been hunting for a new car for a little while and stumbled upon Parley Car Centers website where there were loads of great cars at great prices. So my Dad and I took a trip down and found a lovely Volvo which was well within my price range and looked great! I called Sam and he was super helpful, always going above and beyond what I was asking and made the buying process as easy as it could possibly be. He never once pressured me into buying and it was all left for my judgement, which I was highly appreciative of!He sorted out my warranty, put a new not and service on, which was included in the price of the car, and I couldn’t be happier.I would and have recommended Sam to anyone who is looking for a new car.Great work Sam, very much appreciated!
Bought a car from SAM SELF at Parley Carcentre.co.ukI have not been able to use it since last September and SAM SELF does not reply to endless emails and is not prepared to do anything, This is the report below I have had to make my car driveable. And he still hasn't registered the warranty I paid £395 for!!Hi Kym,With reference to our telephone conversation and an estimate for the work on your Mitsubishi ASX.The price for the replacement parts for the rear suspension is £1609.50 inc vat. (this includes the 3 latitudinal arms per side, the longitudinal trailing arms per side and the camber adjusting bolts and washers for both sides) As I mentioned on the phone, it's difficult to give you a price for the labour, however, I would imagine it's probably going to be between 4 - 5 hours work, but this is an estimate. To help you gauge, our labour rate is £66 per hour plus V.A.T.As previously mentioned, hopefully this will correct the rear camber and alignment issue with the vehicle but cannot 100% guarantee it will (hopefully it will) as the issue could still be the subframe that the previous garage fitted.4 wheel alignment £96 inc V.A.T.Also, the price for the work on the rear brakes (replacement of seized O/S rear brake caliper, replacement of worn rear brake discs and brake pads, unseize N/S rear brake caliper carrier slider bolts and bleeding of hydraulic brake system) is £492.23, this is the price for parts, labour and V.A.THope this information helps and if you need anymore information/help don't hesitate to call me.Many thanks.Daren

Sam is a really stand up guy, honourable, and goes above and beyond. We recently bought a car through him and he really helped us through some issues with it, being very reasonable with the work that needed to be done.In a market where there are quite a lot of sharks (and we've been bitten before) Sam stands out head and shoulders. Polite, professional, friendly and caring.On top of that, a good selection of cars at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.
Greetings - On Saturday 29th June I went along with my Partner James to meet Sam at The Parley Car Centre to view a car. My first impression having spoken to Sam the previous day ( Friday ) was WOW 🤩 this is the most helpful genuine salesman with a wonderful telephone manner that I have ever encountered at my age! The trend was set to continue on Saturday -we were made to feel at home with no pressure or sales tactics to purchase the vehicle by taking our time to fully examine the car. However I did not go ahead with the purchase and was not made to feel awkward about it either - I would definitely return to look at another vehicle should the need arise in the future. Parley Car Centre has a great range of cars at very reasonable prices. Thank you Sam Maria
My purchase experience was normal not extraordinary but acceptable. the car was for my sister who live in London. we bought the car on the 31/03/24 and collected the car on the 06/04/2024. We chose to opt for the 12 months warranty on the car with AA which cost an additional £375. We were told that the documents for the warranty will be sent to us by email the next day. we provided the right details which was checked before we left with the car. 13 days later we called because we have not received the warranty. At first we were told that they will check and come back to us. an hour and half later no call no email. so I called but no answer and it went to voicemail. I know that they were trying to avoid me so i use another phone with a different number. they picked up the call and when they realised it was me, they told me that the documents were sent to the wrong email address. they did not have the curtesy to call me or apology for the after sale unprofessional customer service. I said okay, I again gave them the same email and I was told that it will be sent within an hour. As you guessed nothing came up. not call, no email. When i called again, my call was ignored, so i used a third phone number then it was answer. I was met with a rude and menacing response and was advised not to call again. These are the people who appear to be professional but turn ruthless when you confront them with their mistake and bad dealing. As to date we do not know if the AA warranty of £375 was paid. AA had confirmed that they did not have a policy under the address or car registration. This mean these people simply pocketed the money and never paid for the warranty. All this is happening 13 days after the warranty was supposed to be activated. If by tomorrow we have not received documents showing that the warranty was paid for we will contact the police for misleading and stealing from us without providing the proper documents. We are unable to drive the car, knowing that there is no warranty if anything happened. This means that the car is sitting waiting. If there was a 0 or minus rating I will gladly go for minus 0. as per now we are still waiting for documents we should have had 13 days ago
About a month ago I was lucky to purchase a Ford Mondeo from Parley Car Centre. The level of service I got was nothing but First Class. Ben and his co worker were very Professional, Knowledgeable, Helpful and very, Polite. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a car. They have a wide range of cars at all different prices and well worth a visit to there Website. While there I got chatting to a couple of other customers who told me they been buying cars from Ben for a few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I now feel the same, so thank you Ben, Keep the great Service up.
