Ordered a GE dishwasher bottom door…

Ordered a GE dishwasher bottom door seal. They sent an old used moldy part to me. I spent $40 on their site for the part and shipping vs I could have just ordered direct from GE for $23.

Customer Service Needs Improvement

Customer service is extremely difficult to contact by phone and emails sent to customer service do not get a response. When calling customer service you will generally get an automated response saying that due to high call volume no representatives are available. In my case, it really didn't matter what time of the day you called. If you leave a call back number, you will not receive a call back.

No reply to my email and then no help offered finding part

Recently emailed to get help with an old Kenmore oven lower bake element. Mentioned I was not in a rush as had backup countertop oven too, but couldn't find compatible part online. Waited for a week for any reply and then contacted them again to see if they were working on it. Reply was not apologetic at all for not replying but just said they could not find a replacement and to contact them again when I found one to order. Not even trying to help! Later contacted Reliable Parts and Natalyia found one in seconds, sent me the link on their webpage, I ordered, and it was done in less than 5 minutes!!!

Don't order from here.

I would not use this company. We ordered a dishwasher rack. It was unclear that it didn't come with ALL the parts or hardware needed. We decided to return it and just get a new dishwasher as this was a less expensive option. In order to return the rack, WE had to pay for return shipping....over $170. There is zero benefit in ordering from this company.
