I was lucky to find this site for replacement parts. The online ordering was easy and self explanatory. I was surprised at how quickly it arrived at my house as well. Easy to put in and no problems with the product if you need replacement parts this is the company to go too.
A honest, helpful, and constructive review. Honest, I purchased two parts totaling more than $300 based on information they came me on a probable cause on my washing machine. I understand the definition of “probable” but the website indicates to ask their experts. Helpful, they weren’t helpful at all and cost me money. Constructive, don’t advertise something if your “experts” are far from being experts. There are plenty of other online stores to purchase from.
I ordered a part The warehouse shipped the wrong partI called them and they emailed me a return slip so that I could return the wrong part and they told me that the only way they could ship me. The correct part was if I paid for it a second time and once they received the incorrect part back from me they would then Refund my money one to six weeks after receiving the wrong part that I sent back to them This is not a good way for them to do business I sent the Incorrect part back And bought the part that I needed from a different companyI ordered a seal for my refrigerator. They sent me a vegetable crisper Drawer. The seal cost over $200 including shippingAnd now they want me to pay a $12 restocking fee for their mistake and they keep my money for six weeks 🤦🏽♀️
The replacement component was an exact replacement of the original 1993 part. After getting it installed, the problem persisted, so I checked the hoses. The head of a small screw was lodged in the filter. Removed the debris and with replacement component installed, it works like original.
PartSelect had the part (drain pump) I needed to repair my Kenmore washer, and it was priced lower than several others (Amazon, EBay, Sears). The part was at my door within two days! PartSelect also had a how-to-video that showed step-by-step instructions on how to replace the part. There is no better parts supplier than PartSelect and I will be using them for any future needs. Highly Recommend!

MORE RECENTLY OUR ICE MAKER STOPPED WORKING AND I ORDERED A NEW ONE. I RECEIVED IT WITHIN JUST DAYS, AND I CHANGED IT OUT MYSELF WITH INSTRUCTIONS THAT I GOT FROM YOU TUBE. IT WAS SO EASY, I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. WITHIN 6 HOURS WE HAD ICE BEING DROPPED INTO THE ICE CATCH. IT WORKS GREAT, AND WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH BOTH PURCHASES.
