Our glass turntable for our GE microwave broke. The process to determine the right part was seamless and the replacement fits perfectly! Their website is easy to use, I found the parts I needed easily, it was a the upper rack for my dishwasher. The confirmation email fir my order was quickly followed by another email letting me know the order was shipped. It arrived the very next day! It fit perfectly. I ordered the lower rack for the same dishwasher about a year or so from them. It still looks brand new. I highly recommend Parts Select!
First time using PartSelect and will continue to use for price and part selection. I easily found the OEM part in stock, and it was reasonably priced. I received quick delivery of the new part along with instructions. I was then able to fix my oven with little down time thanks to PartSelect.
Issue: Older Bosch dishwasher stopped cleaning, leaving residual particles, film, dish soap deposits. After troubleshooting, we determined the detergent cup wasn't working properly. Ordered a new part (Part Select had the best price for this) & it arrived very quickly, very well packed. The Repair deets: This model requires you remove the entire door panel. Put down something to catch it, a low stool or a large pot as it will drop suddenly. Be VERY aware, once the original dispenser cup is removed, the surrounding metal edges on the door are razor SHARP. My hand slipped & I lost the skin off a knuckle. Putting the part in required my mate's brute strength, but once it seated, we put everything back together, the washer is literally working like new, actually even better. We suspect the rinse aid dispenser wasn't working either. Definitely worth the bit of skin I sacrificed to the DIY faeries. We now have shiny, clean dishes we don't have to rinse first & saved the cost & hassle of a new dishwasher. .
