I spoke with two reps about my dryer part and both were very pleasant and excellent in explaining what was needed. The part came quickly and included a video which made it easy for me to do the repair. Highly recommend this company. A pleasure to do business with.
Stay away from this company. The part I ordered arrived broken in half. They make it difficult to return/refund. I buy parts from other online suppliers. So I have something to compare. In the time it took to start a "Claim" process with EasyApplianceParts, I had another functioning part in my hand and made the repair. These folks will never see my business again.
I ordered a part for my kitchenaid through this site. After a while of not receiving it, I checked back and realized that my order had been cancelled as soon as it was submitted, due to a payment error on the site. I go by my middle name but have my first name on my credit cards- this has never been a problem, but it caused an issue here. From an UX perspective, this would be improved if I could fix the problem as I was entering my information, or if I got a clear notification immediately after placing the order with steps to fix it. As it currently stands, I had to do some digging to figure out that I hadn’t been charged and it hadn’t shipped. On the plus side, when I called in to get this sorted, customer service was very helpful, the part came extremely quickly, and it worked in my machine.
The dishwasher rack was just slightly different than the original, which I knew prior to purchasing it. It arrived in less than two days and fit perfectly. I expect the new rack to last longer than the original as the new one has no moving tines, which we hardly ever used anyway.
