Parts worked, online parts diagram hard to read

Parts arrived undamaged and I was able to repair the carburetor (replaced Gov. spring, float pin, choke spring). It would be nice if the online parts diagram was clearer, with bigger fonts.

It was so easy to find the part that I needed. No endlessly searching random Google results just to learn that the past wasn’t compatible with my microwave. I found the hood vent damper and mounting ring within a minute. They installed and functioned perfectly.

Cheaper Isn't Always Better

The part eventually arrived in good condition, the price was the best I could find (cheaper by $10 with a 15% off coupon), and it fixed my refrigerator issue. My problem with this company is the "your part ships today" and "average delivery time for in-stock parts via standard shipping: 1.8 days" claims. Your part does not ship on the day you place the order, they only create a shipping label. Also, 1.8 days is 43 hours and 12 minutes. I placed my order on Tuesday at 3:09pm and the part wasn't received by USPS until Thursday at 12:30pm. That's 44 hours and 21 minutes making it impossible for my part to be delivered in 1.8 days. This is false advertising, inconvenient, and terrible customer service. I was expecting to repair my refrigerator on Thursday, due to false claims, and instead had to wait until Saturday. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is when you have hundreds of dollars of food that is going bad. On top of it, I sent an email expressing my concerns and received absolutely no reply. I will not order from this company again and I suggest you look at other companies that don't artificially inflate their abilities so you have a realistic expectation of when you can perform repairs.
