Did not receive all of the parts I ordered. Paid for 3 day shipping and got some of the parts 11 days later. Company claimed they were going to refund for the missing parts. I got 1/3 the cost of the missing parts. Company will not response to request for the rest of my money.Do not do business with these people!!!
I ordered parts and paid for 3 day shipping. Got email stating shipped on May 28th. FedEx delivered on June 8th. Package was ripped open and most of the parts were gone. Emailed PartSelect customer service twice and never got a response. Do Not Order from these People.
First, was help in finding the part needed.Second, the part was in stock.Third, the video showing how to install it was so clear (step by step) it was brilliant.Fourth, ordering was simple, delivery was in two days.Fifth, it worked and the clothes dryer is back in service.Sixth, what more could you ask? (I probably saved $600)Seven, Thank You!
Needed to replace the ice maker on our refrigerator. Was easily able to locate the correct replacement unit and use videos to understand the steps for the project. Was able to easily replace the unit in under an hour, including emptying and refilling the freezer’s contents.
I ordered a part we needed on May 28th before close of business. Fed Ex was contacted on May 29th, the item wasn't picked up until May 31st, and as of June 5th we haven't received the part. I was assured that the item would be shipped promptly. When I called I was told that there was flooding in Texas and that had been the cause of the delay. Point being I had to request the extra money to be refunded. What is really strange is that I had a note about this company in my files from a few years ago saying "DON'T ORDER FROM these guys- it takes more than 5 days to get a part that they say will take 2 or three. I won't order from them again.
