Josh and his team went above and beyond to make moving house as smooth as possible for us. Pask's is a well-oiled machine, Josh is clearly very organised as the whole two days of packing and moving were extremely slick. Josh's flexibility and calmness with regard to completion dates meant that the lead-up to moving day was stress-free; the ladies who packed for us on day one were so friendly and had everything boxed-up within hours; and nothing was too heavy or too difficult to move for the team of guys who helped us move house on the second day. Honestly, it was a total joy, everyone was so friendly and no query went unanswered. Bode, Josh's manager, was really attentive and listened to any concerns we had, and he even looked after and returned a plant of ours that was accidentally whisked away at the end of the process. Aside from being a thoroughly lovely group of people, Pask's are extremely professional and hard-working, and we can't thank them enough.
We recently used Pask’s for our house move from SE6 to Brighton. We first contacted them on the strength of their reviews and can confirm they are certainly accurate! A brilliant experience from start to finish! The communication over WhatsApp was first rate throughout and even when our dates kept changing, Pask’s were very helpful in juggling things. The packing service was an absolute dream and excellent value for money. And then on the moving day itself, the whole team were just great. Not only in moving some really awkward items but also in their positive attitude and sensitivity to the fact it was a stressful day for our family. If you need a removal company, you’ll be in very safe hands with Pask’s. Thoroughly recommend.
Make no mistake, Pask's Removals are the real deal!! We recently moved from South-East to West London and having enquired with many removal companies re. cost of service, appropriate dates/times, possessions that needed to be transported etc, it was getting increasing frustrating on deciding who to go with as none of these companies made us feel comfortable.When we got in contact with Josh (Pask's Removals), he was on the ball from the start. We arranged for him and a colleague to visit our premises where they were very polite and respectful on arrival. We showed them around. Josh explained the service Pask's provided and made a video of all the things that needed to be moved from our property. We explained to Josh that we had a tight budget, and he was very forthcoming in listening to our needs and later that evening he provided a very reasonable price for the job which we were more than happy to accept. On the day of the job, the Pask's Team were amazing, they arrived 15 mins early in order to position their vans in front of our property. The whole squad (led by Bradley) were super-efficient. They carefully and constructively loaded both vans on time with no fuss whatsoever. They had a very happy, focussed and positive attitude throughout the whole process, this allowed me to sit back, relax and enjoy the show. Everything was delivered on time, and they were kind enough to ask us where we would like to have particular items placed in our new property.I thoroughly recommend Pask’s. It was a brilliant experience, the whole process ran smoothly, the team were super-efficient and professional, and I would most definitely use them again. The Pask's Removals team did a great job moving my million boxes and heavy furniture (up a very tight flight of stairs). They were super speedy, and very cheerful and polite. Josh was also prompt and clear in his communications (all over WhatsApp). Recommended.
The communication with Josh via WhatsApp from the start was extremely efficient. He was there to answer questions throughout the process. On the day of the move the guys who moved our 2 flats into one house were also very friendly and efficient. They dismantled the furniture that wouldn’t have fitted through doors and reassembled it the other end which was great. Overall a good experience!
