The advert was put together perfectly and quiet quickly. The added effect of a strobe light in my logo was a very nice touch!They actioned all my requests and I am very excited to see it in person :) Great customer service as-well.Thanks very much.
When I sat and thought about what I had committed to I realised what is offered is expensive and fees were taken before the work was finalised. I had advertised in a similar way previously and had no response so why I agreed to this I do not know. Not had any enquiries at all. This lack of response has definitely confirmed that this style of advertising does not work so I have learned yet another expensive lesson.
I hadn’t seen the trust pilot reviews until I was invited by patient services, and at this point I was already signed up. After reading some of the reviews, I must admit I was a little concerned. However I am very impressed with the service I have been provided. They were very thorough, when it came to producing my advert, welcomed my every input, and guided me through every stage of the process. My advert was live within a week. More than happy, would highly recommend.
Patience services are a legitimate company, I am currently contracted with them, they deliver what they say they will do, a little bit slow with communication but that could be to do with being so busy. Only just gone live so looking forward to the custom I’m hopefully going to get, Thank you patient services x
I had a man come and see me and told me that patient services will advertise my business at Ashford hospital. I was told I would have a huge banner up in the reception entrance along with business cards and flyers and also a 10 second video replaying on the screens in the waiting areas. This was in February 2020. We then went into lockdown and didn’t hear anything from them. I found out they were scamming people so I cancelled evrything. They keep trying to chase me for £2500 for a service they did not provide. They sent me a photo of a leaflet board with ONE very very small leaflet on there. It doesn’t show where this board is located and I contacted the hospital and they have no idea who patient services are and said that they don’t advertise aesthetics for the NHS. It’s all a big scam. They are still trying to chase me for the money. They have threatened me with debt recovery services. But I have proof that they didn’t provide me with any of the serviced that were promised. No one will pay £2500 for a poxy leaflet that is just insane! Patient services has also been on the mirror newspaper because they scammed someone else. Please type in google patient services daily mirror! You will see for yourself. Please please don’t give them your money they are a fraudulent company targeting small businesses. Please do your research!
Communication and initial results has been better than most advertising that i do, so i have decided to go ahead with an additional location, considering the price that i have paid for my Ad i’m looking forward to seeing some more positive results........
Misleading approach from salesperson. Would not have signed if I'd have been given sufficient opportunity to read ALL of the small print. Relatively new in business so a lesson best learned sooner rather than later. No cooling off period. As a small independent business attempting to recover after the past two years I feel very stupid. Voiced my concerns directly and have had no response. Do not make the same mistake as me.
