Review Time
So far so good, recurved a phone call with regards to advertising in my local hospitalI arranged an appointment and a sales agent came to my place of work, The agent and advert did everything it said in the tin and managed to work around my advertising budget which was helpful at the time
A truly awful company, used misleading sales tactics, told me my company had been picked by people inside the hospital, found to be completely not true. They are literally nothing to do with the NHS, you will receive no inquires as the boards are in awful places barley viewable. I own a gym which has struggled for years in the pandemic to then try and get new people in by investing in patient services and being completely let down, I have never been scammed like this in my life.
The NHS do NOT promote or allow promotion of services they don’t provide!! When was the last time the screen in your GP’s did that? They aren’t allowed to! I have numerous friends who work in the hospital these people contacted me about and they said they had never seen any of these placements and when they checked with their manager it was confirmed that they wouldn’t have them in there! For infection control and they wouldn’t be allowed to recommend even with a stand with business cards!! Do your research!
These people are the worst. TheNHS have no idea who they are. I was targeted by them as a small business owner. They are professional conmen and should be arrested by the looks of things here. Don’t believe the good reviews. They are obviously organised but very bad people. They send a salesman out and you agree a area in the hospital to advertise you agree knowing it will get the most exposure to find out it isn’t there and they make up excuses to say it’s not down to them it’s the hospital.Not trustworthy at all.
These guys deliver the service you pay for. Our company foolishly delayed payment, thinking it was a scam until we saw our wonderful advert, just as promised, in a community hospital. Very happy customer.They are very accommodating and didn't charge us late fees which they should have.
I’m altering my original review as they have tried to get in touch previously. No idea what happened to the emails I don’t think this company is a scam but I would say buyer beware. Read ALL of the small print before signing up. I have been sent a photo of my ad in situ now…. Although it’s not at a well suited site for my small business. I am assured that patient services will endeavour to move it! Will I review my contract- no, definitely not.
