Misleading, poor customer service and bullies

UPDATEThis is a previous review which I totally agree with. They are bullies, harassing small self employed businesses, putting pressure on for those to sign up, no time to think or cool off. Don’t meet timescales given and when asked for assistance they ignore any request. There should be an option to give negative stars, as they don’t deserve one. They sell saying that the work with the NHS and this is a scam. Avoid at all costs.“Total con artists pretending to be affiliated with the NHS, but preying on small businesses. How does Michael (surname removed by reviewer, due to error in details on a previous review) sleep at night, lying and conning people out of their hard earned money. Do not buy into this.”

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!! DISHONEST MARKETING TACTICS.They make you feel pressured into signing a contract which has no cooling off period. If I could I would give no stars. I met with their representative at the end of May this year. I made it very clear to him that I was not sure if the advert was something I could afford. He suggested there was flexibility in the contract if I let him know by the morning after the evening I met with him. He suggested that I signed the contract as it would save him coming back if I could afford to run the advert. I went home, had a look at the affordability and then emailed him the same night to say I couldn’t afford it. He responded to the email to apologise for me missing out on the opportunity but understood the financial side and that he would request the cancellation. I assumed it was all done and dusted.I am now being harassed to pay for an advert I do not want/need and will not approve and cannot afford. They have said that I don’t need me to approve an advert and they would run one regardless and I have no choice but to pay. They said the email from their representative to me was not confirmation of the cancellation.

Tactics to remove true reviews... con artists

This morning Patient Services have asked me to remove names again on my previous review. I havent used surnames or used personal data and others who have posted positive reviews on here use first names, so why should I remove mine? Have you contacted the positive reviews to ask them to remove names? Dont worry Patient Services, in the name of equality and fairness, I have asked Trust Pilot to look into all your positive reviews for names as there are some, to make sure they take those down as well. They have already been flagged to go offline like mine was, so one less job for you to do. This was a clear tactic to remove my review, my truth! I will say it again Patient Services, everytime you remove my review, I will put it up again! How about Patient Services put their time into their business and their customers, rather than taking down reviews that are true. We all can't be wrong! Look at my other reviews, I am fair and praise a company when it is due.I am telling the truth, I had a visit by a rubbish sales man who shook like a leaf throughout his attempt at a presentation to us. We were contacted by an even worse cold caller agent to say they were in Belfast for the day and Musgrave and RVH hospital wanted to advertise services in our field. So believable, because hospitals don't have strict procurement rules for advertising or a very intensive tendering process but Patient Services are so special they can by pass this engrounded process and were telling us we didn't need to do any of this... come on!!I worked for the NHS for years so knew straight off the bat this was rubbish and a scam but I wanted to waste these con artists time which has now allowed me to post a review on my findings and experience to help others AVOID handing money over to them. They lie, cheat, steal and swindle you into parting with your money for basic advertising that will never be seen. Honestly, you can get free business cards and leave them in the street and they will target more people than they will with their £5k promise. Plus RVH staff who I spoke to (I know staff here in the areas Patient Services said they had met with) who had no clue who this company were even though they visited the day before! Laughable! Northern Ireland is a very small place, best not to tell lies in a small place where you can be caught out so easily.Keep going Patient Services and keep removing my TRUTHFUL review, there is only 1 liar here and it ain't me! I will post another review every time you get my review taken down. I have proof of everything I am saying! Please read the negative reviews from people who have multiple trustpilot reviews. I can assure you my review is true. I have nothing to gain by telling how truly awful this company is from MY experience. I just want to warn other small businesses away from a terrible fate.Buyer Beware has never been so applicable!!Reply to Patient Services - please note, just because I do not want to take up your offer of 3 months free services does not make my review any less valid, so please put your arrogance and ignorance to the side.As a company, you lied about the extent of your relationship with 2 local hospitals, so I had every right to not sign a contract with you, part with any money and i have a right to post my true review. I also have a right to ignore what i deem to be an attempt to look better on this site without my original review being questioned. My opinion is so strong because I am disgusted at your tactics and what I've read about you since, in your interactions with other customers (funny enough all very similar to mine). If you gave me 30 years for free, I still wouldn't engage with you, but still wouldn't make my review any less true.I appreciate you have attempted to offer something but to me this is merely damage control as you know I won't remove my review. The damage was done during your visit to my premises, so don't insult me by saying I won't let you prove yourselves, you had your chance and more than blew it! You only get one chance in business to make a good first impression so bit late you offering this to me now.

If I could leave no stars I would

I'm not even going to spend any more time detailing what happened with this company, read the reviews before this one, I really wish I had done more research about this company. Complete con .. these guys should be ashamed of themselves, hopefully they will be stopped soon

Not scammers, reviews are scary

I first agreed to advert with patient services in march. I'm a rather new business and the idea of being able to advertise in my local bmi was amazing. I told my friends about it and one of them told me they were a scam. I looked at the reviews and panicked! I thought I'd been dooped and felt so stupid. I emailed telling them I want to cancel to be told I can't, my bad for not reading the entrie thing before signing. A lady from customer service contacted me she invited me to go see an advert they created for me and sure enough there it was. It was great to see my name in there. I felt like an idiot for aguring with them and admit said some nasty things when I was angry. I got make changes to my advert. Only had a couple of new customers so far not as manh as id like, hopefully see more. But point to the matter they are not scammers and really do provide, reviews can be scary, made me panic. I'll add in further in future if anything changes

So patient services are now using…

So patient services are now using tactics to avoid the truth coming out about them by removing reviews... after they had been published and approved... wait and see... They prey on small business, coercive sales tactics and downright immoral ways of signing you up to something you never get and can't get out of ( according to them) they then bully you with threats of fees and collections ( I paid in full).

They are a scam!

They are a scam! They sell the publicity as a video in two reception areas in Poole hospital. They do not do that at all! They contacted me, after my complain and they refused to give the money back and now they are ignoring my emails. It is not only my company also a lot of other companies are in the same situation as me. Offering something that is not true at all.

Scam. Appalling service.

Extremely disappointed. I’ve never been scammed so badly in my life before but lesson to be learnt now. Please try to avoid. This has really affected our business financially and I would not recommend. The sales person, came out and really tried to appeal to advertising in hospital and since we are a healthcare business, it made sense. Associated himself with NHS which is not the case. We didn’t have time to do our research as he made me sign the contract that day and once you sign, that’s it. But we have had ZERO response and have already been made to pay £4000 for the 24 months contract within the 6 months, just for a 20 second advert that I could’ve had easily made for a lot less money. And the location is in an area in the corner and there is a TV already in the main reception! Also I was advised I would have it in more areas including the GP surgeries. Since taking my money, no one has been in touch to check up on how things are going and I have been emailing with no response. Appalling customer service, all they want is con you of your money then they disappear. AVOID.

ALERT - Avoid

I wish I'd done my research before signing the contract. I was told that they were employed or contracted by my local hospital NHS Trust and other Trusts in the area - so I didn't look at any reviews. The cold call should have been a red flag, and the fact that I couldn't zoom the meeting during covid, they insisted on a meeting at my home office. I actually only did the advertising because I wanted to help more people in my local community; I have had no work whatsoever from this advertising method. I had 3 members of hospital staff trying to locate the business cards/leaflets in the hospital - even the hospital staff couldn't find this board at the front of the hospital. It didn't exist. After a call to Patient Services there was however a small rack at the end of a dead end corridor to the clinic geriatric and cardiology (absolutely nothing to do with hypnotherapy) where a few cards were. Half a dozen business cards and no leaflets, so far these have never been topped up. Also it isn't just £25 a week, you have to have their artwork (which appears to be done on Canva) extra £299 and then add 20% VAT on top of that - for a small business this cost mounts up. A very poor service indeed and I do not recommend.
