From start to finish, it was a truly outstanding day that exceeded all our expectations.What immediately struck us was how incredibly clean the entire park was. It's clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the grounds, and it really made a difference to our visit. Beyond the cleanliness, we were completely captivated by the stunning gardens and beautifully sculpted bushes. The landscaping is genuinely amazing and adds such a wonderful, vibrant atmosphere to the whole park. It's not just a theme park; it feels like a beautifully kept botanical garden too!Every one of us had an incredible time, and we left with huge smiles and fantastic memories. Paultons Park offers something for everyone, and the attention to detail, from the pristine pathways to the breathtaking greenery, truly sets it apart.We can't recommend Paultons Park highly enough – it's an absolute must-visit for anyone looking for a fun, clean, and genuinely delightful day out. Had a really poor customer service experience whilst I was there which I tried to resolve before I left but they refused to take any responsibility for it. When I got home I emailed them to discuss it but again they refused to take any responsibility stating I should have asked for a manager whilst I was there as the manager 'would have turned my visit around' the whole place is just a rip off. Extortionate prices for the bare minimum with poor customer service.

We had a truly wonderful time during our visit to Paultons Park! The park is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed—not just for children, but also for adults and visitors with disabilities. Every area feels safe, accessible, and welcoming.What really stood out to us was the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful, always smiling, and showed great patience and kindness. Their positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable.Paultons Park is more than just a theme park—it's a place where families of all kinds can make lasting memories together. We can’t wait to come back!
We visited Paulton’s Park for Peppa Pig World as our 2 year old adores all things Peppa Pig. Spent the day in the Peppa Pig World area so didn’t see the rest of the park. Did not disappoint - really lovely rides that our 2 year old loved. Time to meet Peppa and George, and then later, Mummy Pig, Evie and Daddy Pig too. Clean and tidy. Bright and well looked after. The rides are straight from the series and felt magical for little ones. A great day.
