Review Time
We go to Paultons Park every year and it never dissapoints. The place is emaculate, flowers, greenery very well kept, no litter, bins changed frequently, always smiley helpful friendly staff lots of choice of food outlets and the ride queues are reasonable. We went on the new Ghostly Manor ride which was better than expected. I watched the youtube updates and saw behind the scenes and it was worth the wait. What a fantastic ride this is, themeing was spot on and I love the little touches like the boot on the well!We all had a great day there and have to say the standards are as high as they have been everytime. Other theme parks would really do well to take a leaf out of Paultons book. Definatly the best theme park and I cannot wait to see what the new land has in store.Keep up the good work Paultons and also the behind the scene youtube vids as well :)
Paultons park is a fantastic place to go with young children and tweens, the food for a family of 3 was £32.50 at tornado springs the food we had was not that great the burgers were a bit sloppy cheap meat which I did not enjoy, the fries were lovely and hot, customer service in the Rio grande cafe was non exsistant we got ingnored by staff and people in blue manager tops and we walked out in the end, mostlyAll ride assistants were friendly and some were just disinterested but that's life, all n all gardens and animals were lovely too.

There's a great mix of rides and attractions for all age groups – from gentle rides in Peppa Pig World for the little ones, to more thrilling coasters like Storm Chaser and Cyclonator for older kids and adults.The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile, which made the whole experience even better. Queues were well managed, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. There are also plenty of places to sit, eat, and take a break throughout the day.What really stood out was how well the park caters to families – everything felt safe, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making sure guests have a good experience.We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, memorable day out!

Paultons Park is an absolute gem! So lucky to have this on our doorstep. It's not a cheap day out but it is well worth the cost. We were lucky on our Sunday visit in July and found the longest queue to be 10 mins! We lost count on the amount of rides we went on. The park itself is immaculate, so well looked after, the gardens are beautiful, very impressed. Overall a fantastic day out for the family.
We haven't been to Paultons Park for ages but decided it was about time we went to see what's changed. We have had the best day ever. It was nice to see some familiar spaces and rides like Cobra and Edge, the train and the pirate ship, the animals and birds, but the new areas and rides are great. My daughter even persuaded me to go on one of the smaller roller coasters. I love the Ghost Mansion! The whole park looks fantastic with the beautiful gardens and is kept exceptionally clean, the toilets were spotless. The food is what I expected fast and chippy. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It is still good value for money and a really good day out.
