Two adults and three children, 7 and two 12 year olds had a full on fun day.Queue times were very good in the Lost Kingdom. The rides thrilling but not too scary for the children’s ages. The grounds are beautiful, particularly the trees and flowers. Immaculately kept.A few new projects under construction, which look good.
I can honestly say we had such a good time for my Sons belated birthday gift Every single member of staff were fantastic. The rides were no ques at all. Each ride was so much fun and offered something different. At the end we used the water park splash area and my Son was here for a few hours playing. We then left - no ques to exit at all, and of course unlike all other UK theme parks you don’t pay for the car park! Lego land needs to take note! When arriving home I realised I lost one of my sons trainer at the splash pad and our digital photo. I called customer care, and yes they had them and posted straight away at a small fee. Arrived to my home the next morning. Even know my Son is nearly 5, I’ll still keep returning as it’s not just peppa pig world there. There is a new section being built ready for 2026! Can’t wait to return.Thank you to all of your staff there. It doesn’t go unnoticed your kind genuine caring ways Just one small improvement which would have been nice - a few benches in front of the splash pad (the toilet side) just so if you’re watching your child at that end of the splash pad you can see them. That is all Thanks
Facing a day in Peppa Pig's World with an autistic grandchild, I was surprised how pleasurable it could be. First, guest services helped facilitate the use of its Queue Assist programme, highly recommended for children who qualify, but note, in busy periods, this needs to be booked way in advance. Secondly, I was struck by the patience and friendliness of everyone working at the park, including all the ride operators. My grandchild, daughter and I had a great time. Lastly, all credit to the gardeners, maintenance teams and cleaners. The park's colourful flower beds, rides and common areas are beautiful, well maintained and litter free respectively. We'll go again and explore other areas.
We got there as the park opened and left as the shop closed. We went on multiple rides more than once. The queue time where 5 / 10 mins tops for the main park, but Peppa pig world queue times were ridiculous. Just thankful that my kids and the kids in our party have out grown Peppa pig.
Wonderful day out for all the family! The park is beautifully maintained, top marks to the gardeners for their topiary and floral displays. Toilets/feeding blocks in various locations, toilets are clean with good supplies of paper and soap. Staff are well trained, engaging and friendly towards children and adults. Plenty of food, drinks and ice cream cabins around the park. There are rides for all ages so all members of the family are happy. The parks short queuing times (0-15 minutes) beats all competitors. If we lived closer we would visit more often.
We go to Paultons Park every year and it never dissapoints. The place is emaculate, flowers, greenery very well kept, no litter, bins changed frequently, always smiley helpful friendly staff lots of choice of food outlets and the ride queues are reasonable. We went on the new Ghostly Manor ride which was better than expected. I watched the youtube updates and saw behind the scenes and it was worth the wait. What a fantastic ride this is, themeing was spot on and I love the little touches like the boot on the well!We all had a great day there and have to say the standards are as high as they have been everytime. Other theme parks would really do well to take a leaf out of Paultons book. Definatly the best theme park and I cannot wait to see what the new land has in store.Keep up the good work Paultons and also the behind the scene youtube vids as well :)
