Review Time
Took my son to peppa pig world for his 1st Birthday. I was a bit unsure how it would go as he’s still very young, but he LOVED it! He could go on all of the rides apart from one. Even tho he won’t remember it, we will and his little happy face said it all. The baby changing facilities were great, reasonably clean. Plenty of places to sit and have food,drinks and snacks. I would say it could have done with a bit more shade in the queue lines, especially on hot busy days.
The company can improve by looking at their prices, they are astronomical. It would also be nice if they responded to the negative reviews as well, to show that they are listening instead of just responding to the ones that say nice things. Could introduce a price banding for people who will not be going on the rides, very expensive day out.
All the staff were so friendly and had great understanding of how to support children with SEN to enjoy the experience and participate it was so refreshing. Park was spotless and so well thought out in terms of zones and playgrounds as well as rides. Fantastic day out will be going back so much to do for all ages.
