Just getting round to updating this joke. As I said we were in the park for only a few hours, my mother and father in law can hardly walk, so as could not go on most of the rides as there are steps to negotiate. You said in a separate email that most of the rides are accessible to disabled and elderly, they are not. And as for applying for some companion tickets as you suggest for a one time visit, are you serious? Other places can see the situation and actually do something about it to help. I'm surprised you didn't charge for the wheelchairs!Like I said, a very disappointing experience and not even an offer of some refund. £240 for 3 hours of 'fun'.I shall never come back to your park and i will never speak well on my experience on any of my social media accounts.Hi,I feel I have to complain I'm afraid at the total rip off.I arrived at 2PM (so was only in the park for just over 3 hours) as it closes at 5.30 on a Sunday. We had already arranged wheelchairs. My partner and I, brought her two parents, (91 and 87) who really wanted to come to the park as we were on a long weekend break. Both are unable to walk very far. We explained to the girl in the only open ticket office that they were elderly and that we were careers pushing them around the park. Clearly they did not go on any rides and just wanted to look at the flowers and animals, so were not in anyone's way.We were charged £240!, Really, how is this possible just to walk around the park for 3 hours. This does not really in my opinion encourage the elderly or disabled if they have to pay the whole day rate for just 3 hours to go on no rides. As we were carer's we had to spend our time looking after them.Incidentally, we were an Beaulieu the previous day and they heavily discounted the entrance fee for us. You could learn a thing or two from Beaulieu. We explained the above to the girl in the kiosk a few times bit she still said £240. I wanted to walk away, but because your staff had brought out the wheelchairs for us, we felt obliged to follow through.Very disappointed by this.RegardsJames

Our visit to paultons park was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, having never been before we didn't know what to expect and as our children have outgrown the peppa pig stage we weren't sure how much would be on offer for them. However we was massively impressed with the volume of rides suitable to both our 6 and 10 yr olds. The themed areas around the park were absolutely outstanding, the park was impeccably clean and the queue times averaged 5 to 10 minutes for us. We done all the favourite rides multiply times and ride availability was outstanding with only splash lagoon being down around 4.30 when we wanted to revisit. We've done Drayton manor, alton towers and lego land, westmidlands safari etc but paultons was by far the best value for money in regards to the rides we managed to do and the enjoyment for the kids. There were lots of lovely green areas, play areas, splash park and even a little beach area all of which could have been enjoyed more had we not come on a coach trip for the day so we will definitely revisit with maybe an over night stay to really make the most of what the park has to offer.
Honestly the only reason this is 4 stars rather than 5 is that it's quite pricey and 3 hours away meaning that we also have to stop over (adding to the expense). Pro tip: rides don't shut for rain so come prepared with a couple of ponchos so the rain doesn't stop your fun. Also, car park is very close to entrance and the park is easy to get around so it's fine to leave things in the car rather than carry them round all day.
Loved Paultons park. Very clean and beautifully maintained. Great selection of rides from family to thrill. Operations were very efficient, queue times very low and enabled us to ‘swap’ as parents without waiting in long queues, if one had to look after a child who couldn’t ride. Great value for money and really enjoyed our food at route 83 diner. Looking forward to the new Viking area and maybe hoping for a new larger water ride in the future 🤞

We had a wonderful day at Paulton Park with our four year old granddaughter. Most of the day was spent in Peppa Pig World but there were other parts of the park that were good for a four year old which we hadn't expected. Excellent value for money as everything was so well cared for, clean and tidy. The staff were well trained, friendly, helpful and smiled the whole time. Our granddaughter said it was the best day of her life!
