Off to a BAD start!Takes forever to get and when you do get it in a small padded envelope the product is damaged and open and not much to use. So for the 2 bottles I ordered I would be lucky to get 1 bottle making it expensive, and I will likely never know if it works because I don’t have enough to find out and don’t want to give the company any more of my money. Customer service wants you to jump through hoops to be replaced but makes no effort in their getting product out in a timely manner or packaging it well. So disappointed!
The price $ is great.. I purchased 4 bottles (100ml.) of DentaClean spray. I paid christmas discount price. I will continue to purchase this if the price is affordable. The most important thing is that it is already working great.. My dogs breath is good & his teeth are turning white again, in only a 3 weeks time.
We ordered straight from the company. Found out the flavours are on our dog allergies list.Request for return, they asked all kind of pictures if we have open the packages and the was given an address to return to and now they asked us if we can guarantee shipping 48hrs to a different address. What's a joke, that's not how you do business. Good luck in the future!
Product does not work! Company says they have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee or your money back! That’s a lie because you only get your money back if the product is unopened. How can I know if it works if I don’t open it and try it? They say they will refund the unopened bottles, but not for the value you paid. This company are thieves and do all they can to steal your money.
