Horrid company!!!! My limit was and is still showing $2000.00 but the very second I paid off all my loans the account is now stating
“Although you were assigned a spending limit, your next order can't be approved right now. Please try again soon!” This has been an issue Ive been trying to solve since may 2025 till currently February of 2026… a hundred unresponsive text messages, emails and phone calls later I finally received a single response on 1/15/2026 stating that my account is in perfect standing and has never had a late payment but due to technical issues I should just start over and try there new app… WTF!!!🤬… NO SORRY- NO APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS- NO F’s GIVEN…. The app. actually stopped working for me 2 weeks before Mother’s Day when I put myself in a position to rely on the app. for a gift purchase for my wife. I am still absolutely furious!!! After a deep dive I found out they came into financial issues and closed all accounts over $500 in credit even if they were in good standing due to liability issues. Crooks!!! Oh yeah and by the way I NEVER RECIEVED MY MONTHLY SUB. Fee THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 2 days before this happened. The fact they changed there LLC name and just started a new app. pisses me off……SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

Honestly this app works great for me! Have not had an issue with them since I joined. Price adjustments are fixed as well as refunds on the same day! I’m now at 1100 spending power because I make payments on time! Honestly it’s like a cc. Pay on time you get rewarded. I Make big purchases with them lil my ps5 tvs and so on!

Multiple charges and poor support

They charge you multiple payments and keep them on your account until they decide to refund you. I just placed an order and have three payments pending all week, with two already cleared from my bank. There's no way to contact them directly; you only get a bot and can't reach a live agent. Very frustrating experience!

Fraudulent charges issue

I experienced fraudulent charges from this company. They confirmed that the account they were withdrawing from wasn't mine but claimed there was nothing they could do. I was advised to contact my bank instead, and they also said they couldn't help with an upcoming payment despite having pulled $1000 fraudulently.

Refund amount is incorrect

My refund amount is not accurate. I placed an order for $153.70, and my first installment was $38.44. The entire order was returned, but my bank statement shows a refund of only $9.49. I should have received $38.44 back. I've messaged them multiple times but only get generic responses with no real explanation.

App has serious issues

This app has significant problems. It shows an approved limit, but when selecting a store, it only allows a fraction of that amount. For instance, if I have a limit of $1,098, why can I only spend $400 at a premium store? Additionally, I constantly have to log back into the app, and I've asked for help multiple times but never received a satisfactory answer.

Questionable service

This service feels like a scam. I purchased an item months ago and paid it off early, yet I still have a spending limit. When I tried to place another order, their system was malfunctioning. Customer service takes ages to reply and only sends generic responses.
