Incredible shipping speed! The bin was a perfect match. I appreciated being able to input the fridge model and choose the needed part from the diagram. This greatly streamlined the process of finding the right part! I had searched for two weeks, and no other service offered this option. Thank you!

Second order still incorrect parts, refund issue.

This is my second order, and I'm still receiving the wrong parts. Now I'm informed that since the order has exceeded 60 days, I can't get a refund, even though the part was on back order for 4 months. I've been requesting a return label every 3 days and still haven't received it. This has been the case since I got the part; my first attempt was on December 9, and the most recent was on December 26.

Severely dissatisfied with the service.

I am very unhappy with the service. I waited a full month for the part, but it never showed up. Now, I’ve been waiting nearly another month for a refund, and my money still hasn’t been returned. This experience feels fraudulent and like a scam. I will not order from this company again, and I advise others to avoid them as well, since their service is completely misleading.

During the conversation, I received a call claiming to be from the bank confirming the transaction, but it turned out to be them. They insisted on using a credit card instead of PayPal. I expressed my concerns about this being suspicious and ended the chat, opting to order directly from the site since my fridge is old and they were the only source claiming to have the necessary parts. After completing the payment, I received emails stating that all parts were unavailable. While I did get my refund, the service felt deceptive, and the chat representative misled me about stock and payment options. The call claiming to be from my bank was particularly alarming. Proceed with caution.

Untrustworthy service. I had a chat with sales where they assured me they had the parts and could expedite shipping if I provided my credit card details during the chat. Frustrating experience with repairs

I shared my struggles with getting my microwave fixed or replaced, despite having a warranty. The response I received was just a phone number I already had, leading to the same frustrating automated system. I'm extremely frustrated. At 88 years old, climbing a ladder to turn on the power for the vent is dangerous for me, especially when nothing else is functioning. This situation has persisted since September. What is going on with the service?

Subscription issues

I've had a water filter subscription for about 10 years. On September 11, my account was charged $85.80. Today is October 8, and I found out my order had been canceled, yet they kept my money. I received a refund today, but when I requested a discount on the new filter due to the inconvenience and poor communication, they refused. I'm officially done with this service.

Parts ordered but not available

I ordered parts that were supposedly in stock for a water heater repair, but shortly after, I was notified they were on backorder. To make matters worse, I found it impossible to cancel the order as I could only reach a robotic voice directing me to a website. I eventually received an email saying they were canceling an order that wasn't even mine! It's no surprise this service is struggling. The online experience has been incredibly frustrating.
