In addition to a rapid response, not having to wait days for it, if you still have a problem they go the extra mile, for example i was having a difficult time linking a logo in my e-book, Carlos went so far as to create a video showing me exactly how to correct the problem. Thats what I call going above and beyond the mark. this was a bait and switch for me. Some Vendor site used a coupon of $10 to sign up for a PDF. Swithch. the $10 for for a discount on membership and not for the PDF. I have not been able to log in since and no matter how many times I try to log in, resetting my password repeately, It says I don't have an account though they are charging me $144. I had to google a customer service email that actually worked to try and cancel.
