Honestly, not even worth a single star! I’ve never heard of this delivery service (I live in the Netherlands), and I just received an email claiming my package was delivered. Delivered? More like dropped in front of my door. Anyone could take it, and it’s raining. What kind of service is this? These delivery companies are getting worse by the day. I will file a complaint with the shop I ordered from and never use this service again!
I completely agree with all the negative feedback (the business has an F rating for failing to respond to numerous complaints). My package has been stuck in Montreal for a month. Same old story. No responses to my emails, and it's impossible to reach them by phone. There's no address on their website. Can authorities please intervene and stop this company? They are mocking us...
These individuals claim my parcel was delivered and provide a photo as proof. The photo does not show any recognizable location. This is not proof! They do not respond to emails, don’t answer their phone, and their office number is missing! What kind of business does not list a contact number unless they are trying to hide? I paid a good amount for my product, which they either stole or misdelivered, and they don’t care!
The worst delivery service ever. If they bother to respond, they lie. My package is either lost or stolen. Tracking indicates it left Toronto on Nov 7th, and then again on Nov 17th. There’s a message saying the customer confirmed the address, which they always had, and they never contacted me. The parcel was supposed to be delivered three weeks ago, and it’s nowhere to be found.
They are like ghosts. They have held my package hostage for more than 20 days, and I can’t find out anything about it. Their phone numbers don’t work, and no one answers or the calls drop. I’ve lost count of how many calls I’ve made in vain. The email is likely fake since they never reply, and I don’t even know how many follow-ups I’ve sent. They have my package hostage, and I’m desperate. The sender can’t do anything because they also have no way to contact them. I hope whoever took my package ends up facing consequences. They deserve the worst.
Package arrived in Canada from China in 7 days . At this point PDN has had the Package for almost a month with a couple of updates. Those provided said the package was out for delivery - twice sent this. They don't respond to any emails or phone calls. Even tried their Linkedln email. From all the other reviews it makes you wonder if this is a real company? Would highly recommend to never use this company. No updates/address/emails.
They attempted to deliver my parcel to the wrong address and even took a photo of a random door that was not my address. They said the reason they couldn’t deliver was due to my building’s holiday closure (my flat doesn’t close for holidays). They ignored all my emails and still have my package.
