Great when it works, poor when it goes wrong

Ive used the site many times and been very happy most of the time. However, when something does go wrong its hard to get any answers. Twice i've had a problem. 1st time i received part of an order with no explanation why some was missing. Eventually the rest just turned up but despite live chat i got no apology or explanation. My latest order made on 31st March has still not arrived. After using live chat im told most of items are now not in stock so will be refunded. i've tried contacting by live chat to say cancel rest of order but cant get anyone to reply or deal with it. Also tried the sites email form and it will not send for some reason. So...good when it all works but very poor when it goes wrong. update- talking to a Michael on the live chat....not very live he types a day later most of the time. Anyway, they are sending 2 items out of the 7 i ordered. i asked to cancel the 2 items but told unable to do that as everything is automated....so why are my other 5 items missing if automated? So, 2 items, still not dispatched from 31st March and they have taken money for the full order. Like i said at start excellent value and great when orders work but any problems and they are awful to communicate and solve problems with.

Such a disappointing experience

Such a disappointing experience - I recommend skipping this company and saving your time by shopping elsewhereTwice now I've had updates to my order (placed on 31.03.26) to say items are no longer in stock. So now out of 12 things I originally ordered, they are wanting to send only 6. I've asked they cancel the full thing, which shouldn't be a problem as they've not even prepared my order yet. **Edited to add 12.04.26** I've been told no to the cancellation, quoting "it's all automated so cannot be cancelled" and after I stated that was not acceptable, offered a paltry 10% discount "gesture of goodwill" towards a future purchase - Which is frankly absurd given how this encounter has gone.But wait, there's more - today I see that the order has been amended again (which is odd as I was told the order couldn't be changed), showing they have removed one more item - but the order is still apparently "being processed" despite the 5 days worth of messages asking for the order to be cancelled. Also, I was refunded for the 1st item that was removed from my order, but have had no more payments despite the cancellation of a further 6 items

Great value & faster delivery than expected

I recently placed an order with Discount Dragon for some Easter treats and overall I’m really impressed.When I first saw the estimated delivery date (Tuesday 07/04), I was a bit disappointed as the items were intended for an Easter egg hunt. However, to my surprise, the order arrived much earlier than expected, which was a great bonus and really appreciated.Everything was well packaged, arrived in good condition, and the products themselves were exactly as described. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and the pricing offered great value for money.Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again in the future.
