Review Time
I made an order to Discount Dragon, who have been rebranded Peeko recently. 5 out of 6 jars of one order line was missing from my order. I tried to raise this via the web form which is currently not working, and Peeko’s AI chat. The AI chat on the first attempt found my order, and matched details of what was missing but did not connect me to an agent successfully to discuss the issue. The next morning I used a different web browser to try again and this time it is telling me my order number cannot be found, and again an agent has not as yet reached out on the chat or email to try to resolve my issue. The fact that the contact channels do not seem to be effective, and the lack of a number to speak to somebody on shows terrible customer service. I am a previously a regular customer of Discount Dragon but would not advise using Peeko based on this experience. The response from Dominic from peeko below is unfortunately not very helpful as none of the contact channels have been working for me today and I do not have a number to call. Please could Customer Service at Peeko contact me directly via my account where my email address is stored to rectify this issue. Asking me to contact Customer Service when the channels I can find on the website and not working isn’t really an acceptable response. Finally found a generic email address after a bit of googling, hopefully I get a satisfactory and timely response to my message.
Part of my order was missing, contacted them via live chat, after initially responding they now are not responding at all. Unable to start a new chat and when I try to contact via the email form it comes up as ‘error’. No phone number to call. Completely unacceptable that I have to chase and chase with no response when they are the ones who messed up my order. Have always ordered from discount dragon in the past with no problems so whoever has taken over is no good. Terrible customer service actually -there isn’t any customer service. AVOID
Absolutely fked it. There you had Discount Dragon. A memorable illiteration...to Peeko, wtf even is that. Website is now clunky and not at all intuitive. It's the staff i feel sorry for, worked hard to build up a brand just for it to be whitewashed, flogging cheap watches and spray.
Ordered two items jeans paul 2x 40ml edt and paco rabanne robot edt 50ml royal mail gave me a package and only rhe jean paul was in there i ran out and asked if there was another package he said no just that so i messaged the live chat at around 2.45 straight after i closed the door and took a picture for the chat then waited for someone to reply and still yet to get a response very stressed coz thats 29.99 and i am no closer to resolving my issue wasnt going to put a review but will be happy to update this once its resolved i also tried to do the form to speak with someone in 24hrs and that said there was an error so i would be grateful if this could be resolved please i askd the chat if it was being sent separately and it assured me it was sent in one package but it wasnt in the box unfortunately one good thing is that they deliver the next day and delivery was dast just a shame it wasnt both items
