Arrived saturday, when the royal mail tracking said it would arrive on tuesday, after easter. Not complaining about the mind haha. But only had one issue, the digestives were put at the bottom of the parcel, so they were all crushed. Not dunkable, but could use them as a biscuit base, they were free though, so not upset. Just maybe put them on top next time so they don't smash
Placed my most recent order & was looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately I had to wait longer than usual - no explanation given when I queried this. I was then given conflicting information via email - one stating my parcel had been delivered & another one (approx 2 hours later) stating there was an issue with delivery as "no-one was at home to receive it". Not usually an issue as the courier just leaves it inside the porch. Once I opened the parcel, the contents inside were ruined due to a bottle leaking. I've emailed customer service twice now, but no-one seems to want to respond. I have been a very frequent customer but am seriously considering taking my custom elsewhere
