The link that I followed saying that I was purchasing Garden Soil from Home Depot.

The response it what I got back, there was no mention of pencilvendor on the page that I thought I was purchasing the garden soil and now they say that I brought a gift card that is non-refundable.

Please refund my $17.58, I think this link tricked me into this purchase.

I’m sorry for the confusion and the frustration this has caused. We’re an independent company and are not affiliated with Home Depot or any other websites, brands, or advertising platforms. Sign-ups and purchases can only happen directly through our own system.

I’ve gone ahead and cancelled your membership. You’ll receive a separate email confirming the cancellation.

To clarify how our service works: when you signed up, you purchased a digital gift card that provides credits in our store (1 credit = €1). Members can then use those credits to shop with savings of up to 80% on eligible items. No physical product was included with the initial sign-up.

Regarding your refund request: there are no top-ups available to refund on your account, and we’re very sorry, but the initial gift card purchase is non-refundable according to our terms and conditions.

I canceled my membership within 12 hours and asked for a refund and was emailed back that I would not be getting a refund. Kenny from the escalation department contacted me and agreed to give me a refund. I will be anxiously waiting for that to happen.

I have placed my order for the meat box…and didn't receiv it. Instead my subscription got cancelled

I have placed my order for the meat box and paid. Then other charges went off before I even got an email. Received mails to say I'm a member now - perfect. Then I got a mail to say my subscription is cancelled without me doing anything and without receiving my meat box. I still would like to get my meat box as I have paid for it already.

Scam. I bought what I was told to be two Graco car seats at VERY low rate. I clicked submit payment and immediately was charged by two separate companies this one and bytesaler.com. I contacted both of them, they are the same person… claim they never sold me the car seats, that they aren’t affiliated with the other, and told me no refunds for these products I bought that they don’t even SELL….. total crock
