I went to PeopleLooker to look up an email. I thought I had made sure to specify only the one time lookup but I got notification that I was being charged for a subscription. I immediately contacted them and a refund was processed for me within a couple of hours. PeopleLooker seems to be an honest site that is not out to grab money. I would recommend using them, just be sure you are not subscribing unless that is what you want to do.
Im very disappointed because the information you get is so basic. Really if you just want to find someone there’s easier ways to do that. If you want to know where they live, home values, taxes,etc. it’s there but unfortunately every search I. Did was myself, my kids, my cousins and friends. There is so much incorrect info it’s laughable. I think the information I corrected should have a monetary reward! Does anyone verify the information you put out or are you trying to put 2+2 together and making guesses. People are trusting you and you let us down.
I m sorry but making it impossible for months to be able to cancel an account and then I deleted my account instead but I still got charged every month for 6 months. Now they do have a cancel button on the website and I canceled it but they did charge me 23 dollars for this month only 🙄
I canceled the account because of the extremely poor service you provide.You are customer unfriendly.Difficulty logging into my accoung and when I spoke to the agent I could not understand much. Sounded like he was at home with lots of background noise and an English accent - not American English - difficult to follow.
I looked up myself and my husband for 99 cents then they took out 26 bucks tried to cancel they want 19 dollars to cancel which will wipe out my account completely I tried to call the recordings say press two to talk I press two it says the same thing over and over. It’s bs
