I’ve had the misfortune of suffering from anagen effluvium alopecia for over 15 years and tried everything to help my hair grow back. Nothings works so I turned to wigs which unfortunately on me, looked, well, like a wig. I felt so self conscious I actually cried. I’d never heard of Toppers until I came across them on Instagram and was curious and excited at the concept. I tried 3 different UK brands and felt really disappointed. Although they looked OK, they were still bulky on the top. The caps made my head looked like a weird cone shape. Still, they looked better than the wig. I ended up not wearing them and went back to hats.I then came across Andrea on Instagram and her Toppers looked incredible. She really stood out with her transparent, honest advice. I was super nervous after so many bad experiences. After a video call, she really helped ease my doubts and we agreed on a Topper we both felt could really work for me. She advised I buy with no cuts and try it on at home and see how I feel to keep my returns open. I really appreciated this as I wasted so much already. Other UK sellers charge a processing fee but she charges nothing which I was grateful for. It shows she is customer driven, not money hungry.Anyway, once my Topper came, my hands were actually shaking opening the box. Sounds cheesy, but it was my last hope. I was ready to shave it off and give up after this. Thank GOD I didn’t. I clipped it on and it was super flat, so comfortable I couldn’t feel it and it smelled amazing. The hair was above any hair I had ever felt, even better than the wig I paid £4000 for! I couldn’t believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, my prayers were answered, I felt excited butterflies in my tummy for the first time since childhood.Andrea and Perfectfringe, are hands down, the BEST IN THE UK. After wasting thousands of pounds, I finally have a solution. I will never go anywhere else and please Andrea never retire haha. 5 stars is not enough for this lady. Literally love you Andrea!!
I’ve been experiencing hair loss for the past 3 years which I believe is linked to endo & stress (still trying to get answers from my GP but you know how it is). I came across Perfect Fringe after seeing it recommended numerous times by ladies in the hair loss community. I watched loads of the videos on YouTube & enjoyed seeing Andrea’s Instagram stories where she shows the pieces that she creates. I was immediately drawn to the beautiful workmanship & her passionate bubbly personality so I decided to book a free video consult with her.I had a lovely chat with Andrea; she answered all of my questions & concerns & was so friendly & helpful. We discussed a specific luxury topper that I liked & she made sure it would be a great match for my bio hair. I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy anything but after the chat, I knew it would be what I’ve been looking for so I bought it & it arrived just a few days later.The hair is incredible quality, so soft & silky & Andrea had cut & styled it exactly in the way that we had discussed, it also smelt amazing!I’m still getting used to wearing it as I’ve never worn a wig or topper before & I struggle quite a lot with social anxiety, but a few of my friends & colleagues have seen it & said it looks amazing - they couldn’t tell at all that it was a hairpiece. I still can’t get over how FLAT the cap sits, it honestly looks incredible & I’m so happy I purchased it!Super grateful to Andrea for making these life changing pieces; she is so wonderfully positive & passionate about her work & it really shows in the products. I’m currently saving for another one!

If you’re nervous about buying a topper as I was, Andrea is the perfect lady to go to. She really knows her stuff and takes her time (video consult) to help you find exactly what you need. I ordered a topper and she helped me realise it wasn’t the correct one, then luckily I had a video consult and she created such a lovely piece for me to feel confident in and wear to a special occasion. The toppers are a lovely quality and to be honest so is Andrea so trust her and you’ll be happy!

This is my second topper purchased from perfect fringe. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend the face frame it makes just a difference. I have just purchased my 3rd topper and impressed as I always have been with the service! Andrea arranged a video consultation with me before my purchase and helped me to decide exactly what I wanted. She could have just sent me the link and asked me to pay but instead she offered to chat with me and find out what I need. My topper arrived within a day and it’s just as we had discussed.
