I placed an order a month ago, and I still haven’t received anything. The tracking number is ineffective, and their only response is that it’s on the way and to be patient. This does not appear to be the Australian company they advertise. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.

This definitely doesn’t seem like an Australian company as claimed on the website. They seem to be complete scammers; I recommend staying away.
Do not spend your hard-earned money here. Many fashion websites falsely claim to be Australian when they are linked to overseas suppliers, and this is one of them. The clothing does not match the website images, the fabric is cheap and terrible, and the design is lacking. The long wait for delivery is frustrating, and the return policy is nonsensical since I’m not paying to return items to another country. I will be more cautious in the future. It’s appalling how they continue to evade accountability for misleading advertising.
I ordered a dress on August 9th and received it on August 27th. I had to email to inquire about the delivery, as they claim to ship within Australia. After trying on the dress, which was not a good fit and of poor quality, I requested a return. Their replies offered discounts instead of a return option, and I was informed that returns had to be sent to another country at my expense. This feels like false advertising. I’ve learned my lesson and will advise others to avoid this seller.
Do not buy from this company. They are not based in Australia. It cost me $26 to return a faulty item, and I am still waiting for a refund three months later. They have stopped responding to my emails. Be cautious; you can find better quality and customer service elsewhere.
