I have quite significant scarring and hair loss caused by an injury that occurred during ventouse extraction. This is compounded by age related hormonal thinning (joy!). I previously used clip in hair extensions and sprays in a vain attempt to cover the problem but still spent most of my time worrying that people could see the scars or that the wind would make it all visible. I first purchased a piece in (I think) 2019 and since then I’ve had another three in varying colours and styles. They sit flat to the head, clips are soft and easy to attach, all gorgeous colours and are a joy to style. When I tell people that it isn’t my own hair they are genuinely shocked! The fact that I no longer have to spend two hours every day, adding clip ins, using sprays then stying, is wonderful. I’m totally confident when I go out that even the strongest wind isn’t going to make any difference. On a personal level not worrying about the people behind me seeing my scars, or having to plan where I sit in pubs or restaurants, so that I feel comfortable, has made a huge difference to me. Andrea is also super helpful, she genuinely cares about the pieces and people that purchase them. There was a panic about the cut of the last piece I bought in January but honestly it fits with the way my hair grows and naturally falls, so it’s ideal ☺️ I still need to send photos as promised!
