To return a sweatshirt, which was a gift for my wife, she did not like because of poor quality, it cost me $11.00 return on top of original $9.00 shipping cost. In addition there was a 20% penalty for returning the item. And I still have not seen credit put back on my card. This is the reason people use Amazon.

I ordered my sweatshirt based on the size guide and it is way too big. I have left a message requesting a call back. If I receive a call back and am assisted with this, I will change my rating to a 5 star. I love the sweatshirt but it's too big.
