Well where do I start, this was my first experience in looking for a hair topper and I felt very out of my depth. But the social media, website, YouTube information provided gave me the confidence to arrange a video consultation. Andrea was amazing from the start, she fully understood my requirements, she went through all the options and styles available to me and clearly explained how to wear the topper and to care for it.Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. OH MY GOSH!! She’s gorgeous.. my new topper, I placed her on my head immediately after opening the box.. and the fragrance of the hair is intoxicating which Is like Christmas Day for me💕😉 I needed a shorter topper for work ( 18-19 inches.. although I love BIG hair so much) THIS IS PERFECT!!! From the start Andrea makes everything feel easy.. I explained to her what I was looking for and she gave me guidance and it was the best advice as usual!!! Her workmanship, talent , the color, the gorgeous feel of the hair is by far… outstanding.. Andrea is so helpful, generous with her time , her energy. And understanding of my needs. you can see the love she delivers in every topper she touches .. always willing to go the extra mile!!! Its very rare i feel the need to review a company, but this one stands out. I bought from here because after a lot of Internet searches this company had positive reviews and was uk based. I initially placed a order for a topper and was soon contacted by a lovely lady called Andrea who's company it is. She asked if I would like to send pics of my hair to make sure the topper would blend well, so I did and she kindly pointed out the tone was wrong, I had also asked for cuts which , because I hadn't measured my hair properly, would have been too short! Cuts make the peice un returnable so if Andrea hadn't double checked i would have lost a lot of money. Instead Andrea sent pics of a different topper that was a much much better match for my hair. The package came beautifully. Many accessories included just made for a complete fuss free introduction into the hair topper world. Ive had hair loss for a year now, I was in such a bad way mentally, no one seemed to be able to help. Finding this company has given me my life back, I honestly has. Everything had stopped , I dreaded going even shopping but now I feel like me again. To anyone who is thinking about a topper , go for it, you wont regret it, and this is the company to get one from.
Andrea's service and quality of toppers cannot be beaten. I'm on my 4th purchase and numerous R&Rs. I get so many compliments on all my pieces and if you feel undecided or nervous like I did, just go for it! You will never look back.
Recently purchased Saturn, custom made as I wanted a lower weight. I went for 137g and 20 inch length.Hair is super soft, cap is flat and the topper is very flattering. No one will ever know. I have frontal fibrosis alopecia meaning I have a receding hairline, therefore I opt for a side fringe. I would say get 8 inches and then cut to suit your length depending on face size. I had mine with layers at the front. The video is on Insta. I'm in my 50s and most people think I'm in my 30s, even Andrea, that's the magic of her toppers. You can customise the colour too like I did. Previously I have a medium sis ( the cap is too small and not comfortable) I would suggest an 8 inch cap, way more comfy, make it skinny). My second was an 8 inch cap and I have had it for 3 years, wash it monthly, dries straight, so don't use any other products. Saturn is my 3rd topper.I had my eyebrows ombre recently, went to a BBQ and I could see the envy in everyone's eye because I looked amazing, all thanks to my topper hair.Thank you Andrea x
