Didn't bother to show up. Contacted them via WhatsApp and was booked for Wednesday (yesterday) and when no one showed I questioned if anyone was coming. When I got no response I found someone else. When I told Pest UK to not bother as I'd found someone else their response was a thumbs up emoji! I never leave reviews but I have a 1 year old and a wasp nest in the loft and if anyone else is in my situation please don't waste your time with these.

I contacted them through WhatsApp and got a quick response. Booked in and turned up within 24 hours to remove a wasp's nest. Beforehand, I was emailed information about the process and chemicals that would be used. The guy who did it was very efficient and polite, he did a great job and was able to remove and dispose of the whole nest.
