I had an issue with pigeons under my solar panels. Pest UK charged me £720 to put mesh round 10 panels. I’ve still got pigeons as they just sleep up against the mesh. I let them know they’re still there and now say they can only shoot them which would cost £190 + VAT. Really unhappy with the cost and definitely won’t be using them again! Wish I’d read the reviews.

The phone operators didn’t listen properly to the issue. The technical sent, while friendly and polite, was poorly equipped and failed to correctly diagnose the problem. Their attempt at solving the issue was ineffective. Did not keep appointment to remove poison traps. Not worth the money they charge.

We had a highly disappointing experience with pest control inspector Jed Khari. From the moment he arrived for the initial inspection, his behaviour was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. He interrupted our business during a busy period, made inappropriate and threatening comments in front of customers, and even told them not to eat in our establishment — despite having no evidence of any issue in the kitchen.What made the situation worse is that when some of those same customers returned later, they expressed how shocked they were by his behaviour. They described him as confrontational and said it was completely out of line for someone in his position.When Jed Khari returned for a second inspection, we raised the issue with him directly and told him that customers had complained about how he conducted himself. He responded dismissively, saying he was self-employed, that it didn’t matter if we reported him, and that he had “too much authority” for any complaint to make a difference. That level of arrogance is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.We run a clean and responsible business and had already dealt with the issue — which stemmed from outside the kitchen. There was no need for intimidation or public threats, especially without proper evidence.To make matters worse, we were also promised a 10% discount that was clearly advertised on their website. Jed acknowledged it wasn’t applied at the time and said it would be sorted on the next visit — but we never received it.Professionals in this line of work should act with respect, objectivity, and integrity. Unfortunately, Jed Khari did the exact opposite. We strongly hope the company or relevant authority takes complaints like this seriously.

Paid £660 for guaranteed bed bug treatment in may 2025, after the treatment the technician told me that you will see activity for 3 week,after 3 week if you see any bed bug activity then let us know,After 6 weeks the bug returned and when I call them the customer service lady told me the treatment was guaranteed for 1 month,Then I talk to the manager I thought he will be more understanding and professional but guess what he was the most unprofessional,inexperienced,uneducated and rude manager I have ever talked to,and he told me the same thing that it’s guaranteed for 1 month,I couldn’t understand how a company runs with this kind of service and unprofessional manager,Avoid
