Unfortunately, this company has cancelled my visit booked three times all on the same day to remove a wasp nest. There has been a breakdown of communication as I had a message to say the works couldn’t be carried out due to equipment being broken, and then the receptionist said it was due to an overbooking. The customer service was not good at all; I was promised callbacks that I never received. Also, my quote didn’t match the website. When I challenged this, the gentleman said it was due to different prices for different postcodes but no information online stating this.
Two out of three times the agent did not arrive at the agreed time.Although I advised them from the start that I had two Moles they a) initially failed to set traps for both and b) when they caught one, took all their traps away and wanted to charge me over £300 for a NEW job!Don't use these people

Unhelpful is not the incompetent is a better choice of words my neighbour used them they left a complete mess and refused to cover the cost of the cleaning rude no customer service skills what so ever please don't use them if you want job done properly

Reported drain flies. The engineer came a day earlier than they were supposed to, so only my wife was in. He just sprayed some fly spray, and said it would last three months. He said 'to be honest we're not experts in flies', then charge £165. The flies were back about two hours later, and by the next day they were full back all over the bathroom. When I complained, they said they'd come out again but we'd have to pay again (with a 10% discount). They said they don't guarantee fly treatment. Leaving me to wonder, exactly what I had paid for. Strongly suggest you avoid thus supplier.
