Made the infestation worse and wanted to charge us to come back to rectify.

Paid £102 to this company to spray our roof with wasp repellent, however by the end of the month it made the infestation so much worse than before. I contacted them again to question this as clearly the repellent didn’t do what it was meant to do, and they thought an appropriate solution was to charge me another £60 for a call out fee and 10% off my next service… Of course I declined due to their failure of their first visit, and then failure to rectify the issue worsened by them. I will instead contact a legitimate pest control company.

The courtesy of the workers & their work done is not in dispute although the cavalier attitude to safety was in evidence. The company behaviour is appalling; incorrect invoicing; double charge for an item; almost total lack of response to communications including letters by senior managers& serious foot-dragging even in responding to their own trade body.
