Great service at competitive pricing - will be using again

Jed, the technician that came out, was amazing. I've had an issue with moths in the bedroom carpet that needed sorting. The number I called to book were really helpful and able to get someone out to me within 48 hours - and at the most reasonable price that I was quoted compared to several other places! Jed was really professional and friendly, he took the time to explain to me everything that was being done and also explain what follow up steps to take. He didn't rush but was also very efficient and got the job done quickly. He moved my (very heavy!) bed all on his own and put everything back exactly where it had been when he arrived, I felt very comfortable and was impressed with the service. I can't recommend Jed or Pest UK highly enough, I will definitely be using the company again should I need to, and also recommending to friends. Sad to see that they have a low review score on here as I felt the service across the board was really great.

Paid seven hundred and twenty pounds…

Paid seven hundred and twenty pounds for gas treatment to reduce rabbits in my garden. I was told the treatment would reduce rabbit population by 50 -70%.Operator was polite but treatment wholly ineffective. I was told all holes to warren were blocked and conditions were ideal for gas as it had been raining. Next day rabbits back on the lawn, new holes being dug. At least 4 of the warren holes were reopened by rabbits within 24 hours. One hole appeared not to have been blocked at all. The treatment has had no effect on rabbits who continue eating young plants and new growth as fast as ever. When I complained I was offered £60 refund. Wasted £660 and my time ...I could not recommend this firm.

No follow through on guarantees

We had 5 visits from Pest UK and paid for extra work to take place in order to fix our rat issue, unfortunately they never at any point solved the issue or seemed to know what they were doing, when we called to ask for help they tried to charge us all over again..

Terrible experience AVOID at all costs

Terrible experience. We hired them for two adjacent properties and paid for two visits per property. They incorrectly recorded my name, address, email address incorrectly. Installed totally inappropriate rat stations on the first visit. Didn’t turn up for the second visit and never came again. When I got someone else who blitzed the issue (Talons and Terriers - would highly recommend) they said they could see their catalogue of errors and would give me a refund. In June (3 months later and no refund having been forthcoming) they sent me a text suggesting a systems glitch had been the reason for not booking a second appointment and asking me to call. The first person I spoke to was rude and aggressive as soon as he found out they wouldn’t be getting more business. When I asked to record the call he hung up. I rang back and spoke to a nice lady but during the call she was told to transfer me to a man who was so vile he left me shaking. He said good luck proving anything because we don’t keep recordings this long so we can do what we want. You won’t be getting a refund. No reason offered and beyond aggressive. I was trying to get my husband off his call to speak to him but he wouldn’t wait and when I asked if that was because he wouldn’t speak to a man like that he slammed the phone down. This company seriously needs to look at its customer service offering. They are incompetent on every front.
