I’ve experienced some of the best customer service here. They stand by their products and take the time to listen. I love my litter box; it did break after a year, but the way they handled the replacement was outstanding. I even received instructions on how to remove the broken part so we could continue using it as a regular box.

My Purrtek self cleaning litter box (light model) stopped working after a year. The rake wouldn't retract. I contacted Petcove's customer service about the issue. After trying a few things suggested by Butch (my customer service rep) that didn't fix the problem and since it has a lifetime warranty, he processed a replacement unit for me. It arrived within 3 days. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for replacing my litter box so quickly and without a hassle. Excellent customer service!!!

The litter box is so easy to set up and use. It's very quiet and my cats started using it immediately. There was a problem with the delivery and the box was damaged. The customer service representative was very professional and kind. She arranged for a new litter box to be delivered the next day. Can't say enough good things about this company or box.
