10/19/2024: Futuristic design, convenient cleaning once you get past the learning curve (1-week of use). Cat took a few days to get acclimated as well. Gives you insight into your cat’s habits via the app. Larger cats may have more trouble than medium/small cats. Would recommend for 1 cat, not multiple. Make sure waste bag is tightly secured around cleaning opening, otherwise litter can escape and make a mess. App not always accurate and may take time to register when the cat uses the box. Over all I would recommend.Update 5/21/2025: It’s still working well and our cat has adjusted well to it. Really likes getting app updates.
What amazing customer service!!! I had a little issue with my Petcove automatic litterbox, but I didn’t feel that it impacted its function enough to contact customer service. THEY contacted ME just to follow up on my satisfaction. (I’ve had the unit for maybe a year, I think.) I told Sarah about the issue, but told her it was no big deal. She requested I send a video, and before I knew it she’s sending a replacement! All this was taken care of in just a few messages back and forth. Her caring, attention to detail and prompt responses made me feel like I was her only customer. Really special. And really rare these days. Great product and customer service to match! Thank you Sarah and Petcove!!!
We really like our petcove self cleaning litterbox. It cleans so well and there is no smell.Our small torti loves it. After she goes, she waits outside to watch it clean. I get notifications and can tell there are times she goes in and gets out just to watch it spin. LOL. My larger cat does not fit in there. He want to go in and use it after his sister, but just doesn't fit.I moved the box to my home office. Even after a smelly poop, it cleans and deodorizes so fast, my office doesn't smell. You wouldn't know there is a litterbox right next to my desk.Downside though - and the only reason not a 5 star product... it is so hard to get litter in there! Why wouldn't they have an opening on top so you can pour litter right into the box. I have a cup that I use to scoop the litter in. It's a bit of a pain, but it works.Also, note that the app is not that great. I contacted Petcove about this. Gives you some information, but seems a bit of a waste.
My cat is King of the litter box … and as a male, his elimination leaves a lot to be desired in the olfactory sense. I got the stainless steel litter box from Petcove and I am loving it. From the odorizer to the ease of set up and cleaning, this has been my favorite litter box. It keeps odors at almost Nil. And … I love how it looks … not like a junky litter box. It has a sleek design that is nice in any room.
We absolutely LOVE this litter box! We have tried several boxes in the past never finding a good match, but this one exceeded all our expectations. Our kitty loves the privacy it offers and we love how easy it is to clean and how the box is designed to capture any odors. We have had people come to the house and not know we had a cat! The box is super durable and we like that the scooper and the drop mat were included with the purchase. We have been using it for a while now and highly recommend it to others.
Overall 4.5 but rounding up to 5 stars for the great customer service. I bought an automatic cleaning litter box from PetCove and it’s been almost terrific. I just wish it had a liner to make it easier for deep cleaning/sanitizing. PetCove customer service is fantastic, I had an issue with the waste collector liners and they pointed me in the right direction. The friendly and fast response made me feel that if a more serious issue came up, they would be able to handle it. Looking forward to other great products from this brand.
I was excited to try Petcoveshop as they are a sister company to LifePro and I have been using their products for years. Lifepro products have always been very well made and exceptional customer service. Petcoveshop continues that. We bought a litter box for our cats that replaced a much more expensive one. It solved all the problems we were having with other plastic enclosed boxes and the expensive automated one. This is all due to the superior design and materials used. I am looking forward to seeing what else they come out with as we have 3 cats and are always looking to make their lives better with us.
