Buying a car should be about getting the right car and feeling good about the customer experience you drive away happy and independent businesses are supported.These expectations were exceeded in our recent purchase of a ford puma from Peter Scott cars. We were assisted in choosing the right car without being pressured there was lots of good stock to choose from and the hospitality was also much appreciated.We received a very fair offer for part exchange. The car had a slight unforseen fault when we drove away this was very quickly resolved without any drama. These guys know about cars and want you to drive away happy we certainly did, go and see for yourself is all I would say.Thanks to Rob and the team.
Peter Scott Cars was recommended by salesman who worked for large Ford dealership stating he would offer better price than what i would get by trading my car into his dealership. Same day Peter Scott cars came out inspected my car offered my asking price. deal done within 15 minutes and money in my bank within 2 minutes. Very Happy transaction.
I recently made a purchase with, Peter Scott Cars.As I was browsing the AA website searching for a small car, nothing to big, nothing too fancy! I came across the most wonderful Fiat 500, and I must say, I was quite mesmerised by. Believing that; it was the most cutest little car!I was able to view the car as Peter Scott Cars take the time to organise video's of all the vehicles.Impressive!Their cars also have a 128 point AA inspection, which is reassuring. Realising that this car fitted my requirements perfectly, yet realising that Peter Scott Cars was so far away, I was a little hesitant at first. Then I thought; what the heck, what have I got to lose? So, with a little apprehension, I phoned. I spoke to Ingrid who was absolutely fantastic. Ingrid explained about the car, giving me information, answering loads of questions, including; What steps are needed if I wished to purchase the car etc. Unfortunately for Ingrid, (Sorry Ingrid) I am an 'Ask Questions Gal'. My car was delivered to me easily. (Well, easily for me!)I was most assured by realising that even though Robert delivered my li'l beauty across Country, via their transporter lorry. (So, no extra miles on the clock!) There was absolutely no obligation or pressure to continue the purchasing of it. However, test driving my little Spangle Beauty, I realise that she was the one for me! I have since called Ingrid a few times with queries, questions and alike. Yet there was always so much help and support given in congruent, respectful manner. If You want a Car that is reliable, clean and properly inspected, then I would advise you to take a look at Peter Scott Cars.I am most certainly pleased that I did.I apologise for the long review, but I assure you that I do talk more than I write. We sold our car direct to Peter Scott Cars, without actually purchasing a vehicle (moving to one family car). I was really impressed with how the transaction was arranged and the communication from Peter Scott Cars. On the day of collection they arrived on time, were very courteous and professional and made sure everything was in place before leaving. When looking to purchase a car in the future I'll most definitely check their stock!
We bought our son's first car here. Although at first we were wary of buying through a dealer, these guys have been fantastic, their service is top notch. The car has been a great little reliable run about. We had a slight issue with it shortly after we bought it but Peter Scott Cars came out to our house to collect it, fixed it and brought it back with no quibbles and we have not had a single problem since, a year on.We will definitely be buying and or selling with them again.
