I had the great pleasure of having a representative assist me during a challenging moment when I discovered that the virtual gift card I received was not recognized by the website. She was incredibly patient as I provided order numbers, ticket numbers, and email correspondence to ensure she had all the necessary information to forward to the Virtual Card Department for investigation. Misleading Pricing Practices

The company represented in an email that their Staub 4-piece Baking Set had a retail price of $342 to highlight the 'sale' price of $99.96. This misleading tactic is disrespectful to consumers. Another retailer listed the retail price as $169.99 and matched the sale price. The lack of response to this review also reflects their concern for their customers.
