I had a very disappointing experience with the company. My order from abroad arrived a month late, and the lights were defective and not as described. They required extensive proof before processing claims, so be sure to document while unpacking if you order from them. After two months of back-and-forth emails and detailed evidence, I finally got a refund. Even with discounts, I refused to keep the defective lights. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service to avoid the hassle.
This is a scam. All the lamps are shipped from abroad, and this is simply a dropshipping operation with a nice website, selling the lamps for 4–5 times the price you can find elsewhere. They make returns extremely difficult, hoping you will give up. They insist on a video of the package being opened; otherwise, no refunds. Stand firm! Under consumer law, all of this is illegal!
I strongly advise against buying from this store. The products look impressive in pictures, but in reality, they are low-quality lighting from abroad — the same items you can easily find for much less elsewhere. Shipping also takes nearly 60 days. The return process is a nightmare. The store makes it incredibly frustrating to send anything back, clearly hoping you’ll give up. It’s an exhausting experience designed to deter refunds. Be cautious — do not trust the overly positive reviews. This is a classic dropshipping scam.
The lighting is worth a maximum of 10 euros. It arrived without boxes or instructions, just wrapped in paper. For this price, what they sent is unacceptable. Avoid purchasing anything here. Update: they don’t refund your money. Excuses, delays, and nothing. Everything is shipped from abroad. You could find it cheaper elsewhere if you want to try.
Shipping may not be free as advertised, as the products are shipped from abroad and you might have to pay import tax and VAT. Similar products can be found for half the price elsewhere. I ordered two lights that look extremely cheap (worth at most 10 EUR, not 140 EUR) and arrived without manuals, specifications, or proper packaging. The manufacturer is unknown. The company makes it very difficult to return products and get a refund. After several days, I still have no information on how to return them. I feel scammed.
Please note that products are shipped from abroad and may take over a month to arrive. You might also incur customs fees upon receipt, but you can request a refund. I had issues with my order (missing lights and a different base than shown). Despite the client service's quick response and attempts to resolve the issues, the final appearance of the lights once installed is not as it appeared online (less attractive and less dense). Be cautious about this. I will not order from this service again.
