Review Time
I ordered a Christmas gift on December 9, 2025, but it arrived on January 6, 2026. While I understand that the holiday season can cause delays, my three emails expressing concern went unanswered; I was only directed to check the delivery status. A simple apology and a brief explanation regarding the delay would have been appreciated.
I ordered back in November, expecting to receive it in time for Christmas. I still haven't gotten the product, have no clue when it will arrive, and the support team has been unhelpful. I won't be ordering from this service again.
The product showcases excellent quality and beautiful craftsmanship. However, the packaging could be more robust, as the brackets pushed through the cardboard (no damage occurred, though). I ordered a pre-existing design, and it took 18 days to arrive. To be honest, had I known it was shipped from a distant location, I might have reconsidered my order. Nevertheless, I'm pleased I went ahead with it; my 13-year-old son absolutely loves it! Thank you to the team, and we wish you great success in the coming years.

I didn't have high expectations for the details of the wall art, especially since I ordered the 'M' size. However, it surpassed my expectations and is of excellent quality. My main concern was delivery, but it arrived much faster than anticipated—only 9 days from order placement, even during the busy Black Friday season and the long journey from Europe to Japan. I highly recommend this product.
